Serve as administrator and academic advisor for approximately 100 graduate students working toward the M.S. in Urban Sustainability. Send weekly announcements, hire adjuncts, set semester schedules, advise and support students, hire and manage graduate assistants, lead capstone research projects on a diverse range of topics within sustainability, actively recruit students, and manage the Program budget. In addition, maintain the website, blog, and all social media platforms.
Resiliency Planner, NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development: New York, NY—June 2017-August 2019
Planner focused on climate change adaptation for multifamily buildings and affordable housing across all five boroughs. Led research projects, served as project manager for planning initiatives, produced technical papers (memos) and communications materials, and analyzed citywide resiliency policies and guidelines across agencies.
